01 About Wyld Berrys

Wyld Berrys LLC is a mobile bar service based in Phoenix, Arizona, operating across the state of Arizona. We provide bar setup, staffing, and service for weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, and other celebrations. Our services are provided on a booking basis, subject to availability and the terms outlined here.

02 Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or guarantee availability. Your event date is not reserved until a written agreement or booking confirmation has been provided by Wyld Berrys LLC and any required deposit has been received.

All bookings are subject to a signed service agreement
A deposit may be required to secure your event date
Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion

03 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement at the time of booking. In general:

Deposits are non-refundable once a date has been confirmed and held
Cancellations made within a specified window of your event date may result in additional charges as outlined in your agreement
We will make reasonable efforts to work with clients in the event of extenuating circumstances

All specific cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. If you have questions about cancellation before booking, please reach out and we will walk you through our policy.

04 Alcohol and Licensing

Wyld Berrys operates as a BYOB mobile bar service. This means the client or event host is responsible for supplying any alcoholic beverages served at the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all alcohol procurement complies with applicable Arizona state laws
Wyld Berrys staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age
The client assumes responsibility for ensuring guests consume alcohol responsibly
Wyld Berrys is not liable for the actions of guests before, during, or after the event

You must be 21 or older to consume alcohol at any event we service. We take responsible service seriously and our staff is trained to uphold it.

05 Client Responsibilities

As the event host or client, you agree to:

Provide accurate event information including date, location, expected guest count, and any special requirements
Ensure the event venue has adequate space and access for our bar setup and equipment
Notify us of any venue restrictions, permit requirements, or logistical considerations that may affect our setup
Ensure a safe working environment for our staff at all times
Be the point of contact on the day of the event or designate a responsible representative

06 Limitation of Liability

Wyld Berrys LLC will make every reasonable effort to deliver the agreed services on the date and at the location specified. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue cancellations, or other force majeure events.

In the event we are unable to fulfill a booking due to circumstances within our control, our liability is limited to a refund of any deposits or payments received. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

07 Photography and Media

We love capturing the events we are part of. We may photograph or video our bar setup and event presence for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer we do not use images from your event, please notify us in writing prior to the event date and we will honor that request.

Any photography or video you or your guests take featuring the Wyld Berrys bar or branding may be shared freely. We only ask that you tag us when you do.

08 Website Use

The content on the Wyld Berrys website including text, images, and design is the property of Wyld Berrys LLC and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used without our written permission. The website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content and reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.

09 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
